I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at Dr. Lisa Nadel's Office, particularly regarding the operations manager, Alena.About 18 months ago, I placed an order for a prescription costing $600. Due to a death in my family, I had to travel out of state and was unable to pick it up in the expected timeframe. I have been going to Dr. Nadel for years. There is never a wait and the staff is so helpful. Dr. Nadel is explains everything while she examines your eyes.

Dr. Nadel has a great staff. Everyone is friendly, competent and thorough in doing their jobs. Always a pleasure to get my eyes checked, and they have a great selection of frames.
Great staff. Punctual. Professional.
Had them make $415 progressive lens, I could not see out of them, they remade me hard line bifocals which should cost about $200. They refused to credit me anything. Don’t go here, they do bad business, they will cheat you.
Extremely professional and prompt. She runs on time and is knowledgeable as well as pleasant, with a great bedside manner. The staff is exceptionally helpful, even calls me by first name. The office is immaculate. I can’t imagine letting anyone else care for my eyes, glasses and contacts.
My family and I were customers for 5+ years. From all of our experiences, we all said that Dr. Nadel rushes with her patients, overprices everything, uses a lot of “machines” to test what’s up with your eyes ($$$$$) and gets the techs to do it all for her. My mom had blurry vision for 2 years and Dr. Nadel kept giving her stronger prescription glasses and dry-eye eyedrops. Switched to Eyes on Atlantic (7272 W Atlantic Blvd Margate, FL 33063 United States) and found out she actually had cataracts..... we have never been more ... read more
Sorry but service here has been terrible. In this day and age there is no reason why it should take two weeks to get glasses, but even so finally got a call that glasses were ready in week 3. Took time off from work to come pick them up only to find they put the wrong prescription in my frames. Not only that but my wife was told by front office staff she had an insurance benefit and a 20% discount so she purchased a pair of sunglasses. They then called and told her she didn't and the price would be double plus the 20%! I can... read more
