As first home buyers, we were a little overwhelmed with the process at first. Matt and Tiffany really put us as ease. They set us up on their website to receive e alerts for houses that met our needs and price range and were always readily available when we had questions. Once we had our house picked they completely walked us through the process from start to finish. When it comes time to upgrade, we'll definitely be listing with them.
