I want to thank Dr. Tracy and Jackie for assisting my beautiful girl, Jinks, to cross the bridge yesterday. She went to rest in my son’s arms which was her favorite place to be. Their loving care will never be forgotten. Jinks has gone to Heaven but will live on in our hearts forever. Thank you again for bringing her peace. ���.
Wonderful vet. Very helpful and friendly staff. They make it so easy by coming to the house for my dachshund who gets stressed going to the vet and being in a waiting room with other people and pets.
RecommendedWe just had Dr. Coleman and Michael come out for our kitty, Marbles, and they were wonderful. Marbles is the epitome of a scaredy cat and they were so patient and good with her (and me lol). They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. With Marbles the way she usually is, I was very nervous how this was how this might go, but it went so much better than I expected, and I truly believe that was because of how good Dr. Coleman and Michael were. The vets are terrific and the techs are awesome! Thank you for the follow up and support when I have concerns. Keep your phone support folks and computer systems in top notch shape to set expectations for all and you will be limitless!
Big shout out to Dr. Coleman and Rachel(tech) from House Paws. They took such awesome care of our 3 fur babies. Maverick had to be chased to put meds in his ears. Bandit had to have his glands extracted. And Hunter was running for dear life. But through all that neither one of them lost their composure. They are by far the best vets out their. Thanks again! Dr. Lisa and Tabitha came to our home to put our sweet Susie to sleep at our request. They showed such compassion and care. Our Susie went. to sleep peacefully in my arms. Susie was the only dog we've ever had and she lived 16 yrs.. She was so sick at the end and although the decision we made was difficult, we were reassured it was the right one. Lisa and Tabitha helped us through the process and I will always be grateful to them for their kindness
