I had a great experience with Dr. Kimmelman and Joe today at my house for my cat. She’s an indoor cat and she was having stomach issues and I was stressed about loading her into a carrier and taking her out. I had no idea a mobile vet service like this existed — so glad I found them!! They both were very knowledgeable and just so sweet and just great with my cat (who already has come out of hiding after what I thought was going to be a traumatic experience). We recently moved to PA and had to reach out to a vet on a Sunday that could help us with our older dog who suddenly became ill. From the phone call on Sunday until we had to put our dog down on Tuesday, we encountered nothing but kind, compassionate, and very concerned staff for us and our dog. Somehow they arranged to make a stop at our house at noon time on Monday to do tests on our dog and followed up with multiple phone calls to check in on her. Still waiting for a call back since 5/8 regarding my dogs bloodwork results. They didnt hesitate to call me for payment to run additional testing tho! Truly unbelievable & sad!
I can not say enough good things about these people! They are always prompt. They try everything they can to make scheduling work. They are caring and truly good people. Both of my cats have been seen now . One of my cats does not like to be held and they are able to handle him Perfectly. They prescribed medication before hand to help calm his nerves. Both sets of techs that have come out to my house have been WONDERFUL. I have to schedule a teeth cleaning for my one cat and I can do so knowing that he is in wonderful hands.... read more
I decided to try House Paws for my new 8 week old puppy since I heard so much about them. Personally I thought the whole experience was fantastic!!! I had Dr. Wood and Alina and I think they are both great!!!! Dr. Wood explained everything to me in detail, talked about future visits, gave advice on when to spay larger breeds, answered my questions and Alina was extremely patient as she handled my overly hyper lab puppy!!
