I love everything about House Paws ! Friendly staff who really care about animals. They even delivered pain medicine for my cat who was suffering from a dental infection, on a Saturday!! She had surgery with Dr. LISA and is almost back to normal in just 2 days. I am more than pleased. Price is reasonable and they will work with you if needed. So happy with them. 😻
I love how u can text,email, go to the app or call. Most vets don’t have so many options to choose from. I often recommend HP! 😊
House Paws 🐾 is an awesome group of people!! They are friendly and also caring. We had to let our 15 year old Collie cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge yesterday. They came to our house so he wouldn’t be scared. He was able to lay in his own bed while he crossed over. It was a very sad time for us all and House Paws made us feel comforted. I've had nothing but good experiences at House Paws!
My mom has a very temperamental cat who is not good around people usually. The vet and the tech who came out were both phenomenal with him and the whole process of having him examined was quick and easy.
Our dog Blu has been cared for, under this Veterinary service since he was 8 weeks old, almost 4 years ago. Since he gets anxious around other animals, at home visits work great and scheduling is very easy. Patient, Fun and caring staff. Wonderful with follow-up and questions. Highly recommended.
I was referred to House Paws by a friend, without ever having used them in the past. I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog of 13 years to rest. He was suffering from a violent seizure and I could not bring him to his regular vet. I made the call and House Paws bent over backwards to be at my house as soon as possible, they were there within 15 minutes. The staff that showed up was very curtious and professional. The compassion shown by this practice is second to none. We had to make an emergency appointment yesterday for our guinea pig. Not only did Dr. Lisa say she'd squeeze us in, but then showed such compassion and empathy when we lost the poor thing en route to the office. A tech came outside with me and offered to do a paw print for us. Then today I got a phone call from the office expressing their sympathy.
