I have been a patient here for the last 20+ years...it is dissapointing to see a family business become so desedesentatised to the families they service. This business has become just that "a business" looking to gauge their customers wherever and however they can. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Not only was work done on my child a WEEK after I had cancelled an appointment WITHOUT MY CONSENT, but they allowed a NON-AUTHORIZED family member, that was neither myself, the mother, or the father to make decisions for my child even after cancelling the appointment which I did not make a week prior. RecommendedThis is a dental office straight from heaven itself. Literally knocked out my two front teeth (long story lol) but I have never been so grateful for anyone than I am for Dr. Sorensen for basically saving my life. She gave me new teeth that look even better than my original ones and put up with me for weeks through the whole process. Seriously could not have asked for a better experience. I have been a patient here for the past 4 years, and have always had an extremely pleasant experience. All of the staff is always so friendly both in person and on the phone. The office is always very neat, clean, and organized. The environment is bright and inviting. I have seen both Dr. Daft and Dr. Sorensen. They are both very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. It's nice to see a group of people who really enjoy working together.
