My wife and I have been clients of Lipstone Insurance Group since before they opened this particular agency - some 20 years. They have consistently provided first class, professional advice and service. We have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.
What nice people! Every 1-2 years I go out and price our insurance - house, cars, umbrella insurance. I may come up a few hundred dollars cheaper, but then I ask myself is a few hundred dollars worth the professionalism, courtesy, genuine warmness and follow-up I can get from Steve and Josh Lipstone? The answer is always a resounding "NO". We had three claims last year - they "held our hands" through all of them.
I have been working with the Lipstons for almost 20 years. They have provided great customer service and advice on my insurance needs for home, auto, life and other insurance needs. I have always found them to be professional and courteous as well as responding to me concerns and request. I have referred my family and friends and encourage you to give them a try.
I have been a client for, well, many years now (lost count of how many!). I find Josh to be very friendly and ready to answer any question. It is re-assuring to know that help is just one call away. I have been bombarded by other insurance groups over the years and to say that I am still sticking to these guys.... says a lot. Excellent customer service!
