I was looking for a specific type of insurance and was referred to the Lipstone Ins Grp. Josh was very helpful & patient with all my questions. He made sure I understood coverage completely & found us exactly what we were looking for. I left my current insurance I had for 10 years & switched all of our policies over to Lipstone. I have just recently moved from Virginia to North Carolina. Both Steve and Josh have been great. They were extremely patient with me. They had everything set to go and then my car died. There was never any pressure from them. I took my time finding the right car for myself and they quickly got the new paperwork together. I would highly recommend them. They were both very professional.
Having moved from California Josh was very helpful in getting us set up in NC. He guided us through the process and advised us NC laws as well as the DL and Vehicle registration process. You find out how good your insurance is when you have a claim but Josh was really professional through obtaining it!
This is the only insurance company I've found in NC offering necessary coverage for ride share Uber/Lyft drivers. Josh made it easy & quick to get covered. He also found better coverage for my home and auto at a similar price point.
