I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I have been receiving eye exams from Dr. Lippman for over the past 15yrs.

I have been going to Dr. Lippman since I was a teenager (I'm now 40). He is very kind, calm and knowledgeable. The office personnel is wonderful, also. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye exams!
