Never fixed my furnace same exact problem the same day they supposedly fixed it will never use them again!!
Terrible experience with Jay. Would give negative stars if I could. Jay had to come out and fix his job multiple times (we requested someone else however they refused to fix HIS work) extremely rude and subpar work. Would not recommend to anyone.
Rich was so precessional and responsive! He made sure to show me everything every step of the way and explain things so I could 100% understand what the issue was and what needed to be done so there were no surprises. Thanks, Rich!
