We thought this was the a part of the original Lipkins on Castor Ave. We ordered a loaf of rye bread. Tasteless, almost raw. White bread is better than this. Rugelach was dry and tasteless. Would not recommend.
“We ordered a ceremonial challah for our son’s bar mitzvah. While the celebration itself was beautiful, we were disappointed with the quality and presentation of the challah we received. It looked poorly formed and did not meet our expectations for such a significant occasion. Great deal— $9 for two bagels with cream cheese.
Horrible experience. The bread on the pastrami sandwich was very old & dry. The Apple Cake. Made of cornmeal & anise. The scones rancid waiting for mold to grow. $33 gone. Disattisfied created.
