Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Yes, but it stopped within a few hours

Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
