First, I want to say I fully trust and appreciate Dr. Liotta's medical knowledge and advice. There is no doubt she knows her stuff. The main reason for the review was the bed side manor of the office. I came in for a body exam. When the staff came into the room... I felt very uncomfortable with just a paper covering me, and they were in no rush to close the door behind them. We highly recommend Dr. Liotta! We spend a lot of time in the sun and use our sunscreen but we want to make sure our skin is healthy. We visit yearly for our full body skin exams to make sure we are keeping our skin safe. Dr. Liotta is wonderful with great recommendations for skin care too!
The PA removed a small basal cell from my husband's arm. Two days later his hand and fingers were swollen and there was a large red area around the wound. It took 3 phone calls to their office to get them to call us back!! Heather saw him at 2:15 pm and cultured the area but said she would not prescribe antibiotics till the culture results came back. The next day we went to Urgent Care and the PA was surprised they hadn't given him antibiotics. They had to remove some stitches and drain the wound of pus and infection. Prescr... read more
This office has been wonderful to work with and helped me heal from stage 1b melanoma surgery. They have taken such great care of me here at the 77 Thomas Johnson drive office. The staff is always friendly and inviting. Dr. Liotta and her PA Heather Demory both have great beside manners and patience with their patients.
