Easily the worst management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They made it clear they weren’t going to return even a cent of my security deposit after blatantly ignoring numerous texts and phone calls from me. The one time I received a response, they acted like they didn’t know who I was despite me always giving full context and details in my emails/voicemails. Raul is a very good manager. He takes the time to listen to his people and make sure that their complaints are taken care of.
The worst rental company I have ever engaged with. Staff regularly would bully & threaten tenants, refused to do legally required maintenance, and then hold security deposits forcing you to sue! Terrible management & company.
