As a property owner, my experience with Rosano Property Management has been extremely disappointing. Communication is consistently poor. Emails and calls frequently go unanswered, and when responses do come, they are delayed, vague, or require repeated follow-ups just to get basic information about my own property. I absolutely love my place! I’ve been living at The V at Beverly for two years now, and it has truly become my little sanctuary. From day one, I’ve never had any issues, the management is wonderful, and my landlord is the best. I feel at peace every time I come home.
