Apartment was great for a month and then summer hit and we had to open the windows. Now we have fleas, roaches and the constant smell of fentanyl from people smoking on the roof in our place. Yes i know the difference between Marijuana, Crack and fentanyl. Its the later two. I pay 2k a month for no ac and a bug infested fentanyl Apartment. As a property owner, my experience with Rosano Property Management has been extremely disappointing. Communication is consistently poor. Emails and calls frequently go unanswered, and when responses do come, they are delayed, vague, or require repeated follow-ups just to get basic information about my own property. I absolutely love my place! I’ve been living at The V at Beverly for two years now, and it has truly become my little sanctuary.
