Love the open floor plan, location and fact every unit has a garage. Never hear neighbors through the walls but easily hear conversations through open windows. Maintenance and grounds upkeep seems to have diminished over the last several months. Parking is awful and was told friends and family had to park in nearby shopping center garage and walk over. I have never lived someplace where it was difficult to have friends over.
The location is excellent. The staff is polite. But seems horribly understaffed and when you go to the leasing office, it will often be closed at random times during business hours. That makes no sense to me and how much lost potential business is this causing. Not to mention the constant inconvenience to the residents. If this is supposed to be a premium apartment community, staff it like it is one!
