My daughter is renting there. Moved in 3 months ago. The place was filthy when they moved in and maintenance had to come back and clean. Their dryer has not worked consistently since they moved in. Garbage disposal broke and now washing machine. Maintenance replaced both but due to electrical issues in the apartment the dryer still doesn’t work. They are now being told it will be another week before fixed. Horrible management. They have outlets with burnt marks on them. I can guarantee the property managers would never live ... read more
Great location, community and staff! We have been here for 3 weeks and we are very happy to have picked this location.
Overall a great community. The only downside is that guest parking is scarce, and mostly taken up by residents. Most of the time, my guests have to park at the mall and walk over which is a huge inconveneice. Other than that, Lionsgate is a wonderful communitiy!
I love our spacious townhouse and the wonderful amenities! The staff is friendly and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Really good community. Office and service personnel are always kind and helpful. Service requests are completed in a timely and professional manner. The amenities are well kept and abundant. Location of the community is next to a lot of shopping centers.
