I have been at an inconvenience since we moved in but as of June 28, 2023 Im officially over the situation. My apartment has been growing black mold on the ceiling, leaking tons of water, carpet has been soaked from the leaking, and I’ve reached out to them about all of this. All the leasing office did was come take the padding out from the carpet and give us a fan. I told them that I will not be paying rent until the situation is resolved. RecommendedYes, they've been most polite and helpful to me while I'm living here. Throughout the Corona Virus Pandemic, they made a special effort to get my A/C working again. I'd give them five stars.
The company who manages this property (Alexander Forrest Investments) is a shady nasty slumlord!! They posted on their page BRAGGING about extracting rent from people with no income due to the coronavirus pandemic--which they referred to as "a distraction"--absolutely tactless, no regard for the health and safety of their tenants (who complain of mismanagement, mold, lead, horrible maintenance)
ROACHES!!! Roach infested!! Neighbors that do not work (public assistance), play loud music, and smoke and use drugs that you can smell through those thin walls. ROACHES! Every weekend the cops are called for a domestic violence issue. ROACHES! The breezeways, and stairwells are never cleaned off, or pressure washed. ROACHES!! New management is extremely rude and unproffesional
The way that Jonathan spoke to my friend over the phone. I heard the whole conversation and it is not acceptable or professional. And the fact that nothing is being done about it is disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to rent here.
I have lived here for almost 3 years. A couple of the years was great. Since a new property manager has come in he has cursed me twice and threw a chair pass me. His name is Jonathan. I contacted corporate and Ryan Sheer mocked and ridiculed me. Hopefully no one has an experience like mine. Merideth and all other staff has been great
