Worst experience of my life. Went in vulnerable and trying to get help. By the end of the appointment I walked out with no support in crisis mode.
I love this place! My family goes to the Clarksville office, and between me and my kids, we've worked with three different therapists. They have all been amazing! Patty, Erin, and Mandy are the best therapists I've ever worked with, and we've seen SO much progress! Communication with the office staff has been great, and the billing department is quick and responsive to any issues. Flakey therapists. I’ve been through three therapist here. Only one of them gave me a notice that they will be leaving. The other 2 just randomly stopped working there no warning. I was offered another provider but I don’t trust that they won’t randomly leave as well. It’s very heartbreaking especially for someone with trauma and abandonment issues to constantly get dropped.
I was paired with a very young and inexperienced girl, Emily, who was supposed to be my case worker. She was incredibly incompetent. I complained, I begged. This girl made my life harder by being so lazy and unaccountable. She even asked me for my own resources that I had gathered on my own and probably used them to give to other people because she's so lazy. She did nothing for me and she made me do all of the work.
