We had a tenant move out and the property needed a complete overhaul. LINX brought us through a season of restoration then found a great tenant quickly. We are on our second tenant now and LINX has done well managing the property with very few problems, if any! Documents and software make tax time easy.
Very prompt on day 1 but then essentially ghosted me. Wasted of time! Update: adding an image of our communications because I don’t enjoy being gaslighted very much. As you can see, I only got a reply 8 days later after I left a review
