With Covid-19 affecting almost everything started just after we moved to get out of our time share. Linx Legal was very helpful getting us pointed in the right direction, however due to the industry not dealing with cancelling contracts as before, it made the process extremely long. Linx was very helpful for us. Our case manager **** was very supportive. Whenever we felt like nothing was going to happen and we got discouraged, **** would always reassure us. She did an amazing job keeping us informed and worked hard to help us.

My case took a long time due to COVID. It got started before COVID hit and then well COVID hit and everything shut down. So my case slowed down for what seemed like forever. Linx Legal Team was great and most responsive and timely in communications. We were surprised at how quickly the resolution was agree to by timeshare ***. The only real snag was in the *** filing the necessary documents with the courts and I had to stay proactive to get that done, then proactive again to get the final letter of 'no ownership' from the *** to finalize the process.
