Thanks to Linx Legal, Inc. and their incredible Team for helping us make a seemingly impossible accomplishment possible. Our Go-To Rep. was L.R., competent, friendly, kind, available and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or concern, L. always returned our calls and responded to our emails within a reasonable time, always reminding and encouraging us that the process would take time, but the wait time would be satisfactory. I found this was very difficult process. Things seem not to go smoothly as what was presented when **** came to are home. It took longer to complete due to ******** ******************** make an update or change in their computer system. Also they changed what they were offering us the first time Because they said they had to start over due to this change.This was very stressful to me that caused some health issues. Linx Legal and the Assistant Director, *********************, were able to accomplish what they said they would. They guaranteed they would get ** out of the timeshare, and they did in a fairly quick manner. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and kept in constant contact with us. ***** answered all our questions and reduced our anxiety regarding the entire process. I was struggling to pay and use my Wyndham ownership. Working with Linx Legal saved me a lot of money and got rid of the timeshare stress. I would highly recommend working with Linx Legal, Inc. if you are interested in getting out of your timeshare contract. We were dreading this process because we thought it would be a never-ending battle but Linx Legal assured us that they would take care of the communication with the resort and soon enough, we would be released from their dreaded (lifetime) contract. This process can be terrifying and stressful with the constant thoughts that we lost thousands of dollars when buying into a timeshare scam, but Linx Legal was great.
