We are so thankful to be out from under our timeshare. The initial fact finding consultation was thorough and very informative. Our case manager was with us from day one until we deposited our refund check. Always available and guiding us through every step. They really worked with and for us, we have no more mortgage payment or maintenance fees. All of this accomplished in a few months as opposed to the anticipated year or more. We were assured that it would likely take much less time than that, however, so we signed up with the assurance that if they failed, we would get our money back.
