Very nice place lots activities for the residents wonderful place to live
This place really needs better management. It's is always dirty inside and out, trash is always overflowing outside and blowing all over the property and never picked up. Floors are filthy and never cleaned right, very dirty and unclean place. The only clean area is when you walk in down stairs where management is! Needs major improvement.
Website says landlord paid utilities. Residents are required to pay their own electricity at Linwood Square. Activities do not always happen. Many residents are out for 60 days due to recent fire in an adjacent apartment unit. These are independent living apartments. NOT ASSISTED LIVING like news outlets recently reported. It's affordable here but suggested you have Renter's Insurance in case of FIRE like Linwood Square recently had.
Th apartments are so nice myI problem is i have only two closets and would love opening my windows not a good view my neighbors are great the staff do the best they can and more really need a 2 bedroom
