A complete waste of time...Charged me for a diagnosis then supposedly ordered the part,I call back 2 months later ,they got the part schedule an appointment, I show up they act as if I'm not supposed to be there,the part was never ordered, so mysterious 15 minutes later the part is here,so after sitting in the lobby for an hour,well the wrong part was ordered Lol...But we'll order the right part but it's naturally more expensive, but maybe you can find the part on your own..really!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
On August 8, 2023 we were passing by Paducah on our way home from a trip. We stopped for a quick break before getting on the road again. Unfortunately, when I went to shift from park to reverse, the shifter froze up. I called a tow truck while my husband was on the phone with our local mechanic. It seemed to be the same issue we had in the past. It was towed to Linwood Motors, which was just down the street. They agreed to take a look at it.
