If you don't mind hearing gunshots, roaches, and rats this is a decent place for your buck!!! Yes RATS (not mice). I found 6 dead rats in my apartment one weekend. Sorry at least 3 were still living when they were discovered on glue traps. Roaches everywhere, in the cabinets(kitchen & medicine), in your clothes, hallways, outside, I mean everywhere.
