As of today, July 5th 2025, this business is no longer operating! Do not fall for it. Google needs to remove it or they need to close their google search done so that people like me won’t drive all the way, only to go to a house address and be told they moved and no longer exist. THIS IS MISLEADING!
Similar to the last review, I also had a cancellation however with no notice. I received the confirmation email 24 hours prior and showed up on the day of my appointment on time. I both knocked and rang the doorbell (which has a doorbell camera to confirm my timing), called (which went straight to voicemail) and texted however did not hear anything back. I booked an appointment for a permanent necklace and paid a $10 booking fee. About an hour and a half before my appointment, the owner emailed me saying the welding machine was broken, promising a refund and 25% off when I rebooked. It has now been two weeks, and despite sending four follow-up emails, I have received zero responses.
