This community has so much going for it but this one thing is enough to deter my friends and family from moving there. Also, the cost of replacement keys is very unreasonable at $50 each. Expensive, very nice... (Verified Renter) Expensive, very nice and modern, safe, clean (for the most part: I think more emails should go out reminding residents to not leave their trash in the parking deck. Just setting it by your car is NOT ok! Also, a message that coming around those corners is very precarious and to slow down. Large trucks that park on the end even further block the view coming around the end-caps, and shouldn't be allowed to park in any end space. Many times, trash is out early.
