Verified Renter I toured with Princess on September 19th 2023 and loved it. Princess was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She won me over and I moved in September 27th 2023. Love my apartment, how they keep the hallways clean, gated, staff is great, key fob access, amenities are nice.
Verified Renter My family and I love living at the Linq at North Springs. The only reason we rated the property four stars instead of five is the dirty hallway carpet. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced and it’s especially embarrassing when we have guest visit.

Verified Renter WAY too many fire alarms (15 in 6 months) and even more power outages than fire alarms. Noise is a daily problem between walls and floors. Sensors and parking gate rarely work. The leasing office also does not enforce valet trash rules, so trash is in the hallways daily. High rent for low-rent living conditions.

Verified Renter Feels like living in a torture chamber with the systems the building has got that don’t work. The fire system has been broken for the past 6 months and beeps so loud at anytime during the night. The gate is broken since god knows when. Worst possible experience for staying.

Verified Renter These fire alarms have been a huge inconvenience lately. I work 6 days a week in order to be able to afford to live comfortably. With a lack of sleep aside from the 6 day work week, due to these alarms. There is no way this is acceptable.
