I have used Linnemann both as a renter and as an owner. I have always recommended Linnemann to anyone looking for housing but going forward, I will NOT recommend them to anyone, especially owners! After managing my property for almost 3 years, I moved back into my home with a dead tree in my front yard. Not ideal when you live in an HOA. Racheal has done everything to avoid responsibility and accountability for the tree being dead. As an owner, I don’t want to have a “pissing contest” with staff. If your looking to move go see Ashley Clayton! Don’t be afraid to ask any questions you think sound silly. She is very upfront and if she doesn’t know the answer she will find out and get back with you same day or very next day. She is very polite friendly sweet and understanding. Don’t be afraid of asking too many questions or calling or stopping by. They do not make you feel like if you are pestering them. I have had a amazing experience with This company and I look forward to working with them for the next year!
