Sonya is wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for just you. She cares about her clients (she spent so much time with/on us, we felt like the only ones) as well as the community! Excellent customer service and very friendly but professional staff. LaShaundra was absolutely marvelous and got my application processed quickly. I appreciate how she was always patient whenever I inquired on the status of my application. Once the application was approved, the follow up communication to schedule my move-in was swift. I will definitely recommend Linnemann Realty and use them for any future moves.
Carl was the man to take pictures of the house an he was very nice an a very kind.
