I move into a house that was not clean, (poop in the toilet, and just not "move in") we were given a rent reduction... Fast Forward a year. Upon move out.... Their staff is unprofessional in mannerisms. The "walk-thru" guy tells me I'm not getting my deposit back because I couldn't met him a day before scheduled appointment. I call office management and complain.
