Horrible experience! I was promised that the gate on the property I am renting would be fixed before I officially moved in. It has been 6 months and this issue has still not been resolved. It took 5 months for the company to fix a trip hazard in front of my garage and I and paying an additional 40 dollars a moth just for admin fees! Horrible maintenance team. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not Rent with this company.

Rebecca Williams was awesome helping me sell my veteran brother’s house after he suffered trauma. There were possible unwanted individuals living there rent and utility free!
