The lady was very nice when showing us apartments. But unfortunately, you have to be married or related to live with someone here. No roommates, no bf/gf. So wasn't for us. Nice place though.

I love coming home to my apartment. It is so peaceful and beautiful with the golf course surrounding us. I wake up to the birds singing not the sound of traffic and enjoy the sunrise off my porch. I feel safe living here and appreciate the quick response from maintenance the few times I needed a bulb replaced. I highly recommend looking into this complex whether you’re single or have a family. The apartments are clean and spacious and the office staff is very friendly and courteous!
A horrible place to live just like all of Lindsay properties. Management could care less about your needs once you move in. Look elsewhere for a place to live!! Had fun on the golf course!
Llevo 3 meses la verdad entre muy Entusiasmada pues me acabo de divorciar y hacer mi hogar empezar de nuevo no e podido mover mi hijo ala pine forest primaria por q el simple echo de que la calle de este lado es north little rock y cruzando la walmart es maumelle NO me corresponde siento que estoy pagando el lugar solo para mi aparte los vaños tiene fuga de agua ya an venido varias veces y no pueden arreglarlo tienen que Cambiar el deposito de atras pue es claro que esta muy viejo al igual que los ganinetes ya me e quejado q... read more
