Great atmosphere and training! They really know what they are doing and want to help you become healthier and stronger!
Great facility and trainers. It's nice to have a gym that cares so much about your health.
Great adult group workout ! Trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. Group training is affordable and effective as well as fun. No humiliation or intimidation tactics. Love my daily group workout and really miss it when I can't attend.
Brian does a great job of making all the kids feel included during the training sessions. The work outs are age appropriate and include a lot of core work including balance. The most important thing? My son looks forward to going and has enjoyed learning the proper way to perform the movements for each exercise.
