Great workout! Love these classes! Angie is awesome!
Best full body exercise (under constant tension) I've experienced. Recovering from an ACL replacement surgery and it's been helpful in building my strength back gently.
Great find! Kathy, the instructor (and owner) was very kind and patient- especially having 4 new people in the class. The workout was hard but she provided modifications if anyone had injuries. She made it easy to learn and not feel intimidated. Will be back!
Sculpted Body is the best Pilates place in East Cobb Marietta. I've been going there for years and I love it. The classes are small and intimate. The instructors are all well qualified and it's fun with lovely people of all ages attending the classes.
