Started out as a nightmare as I had a company here to install my liner. When they opened it, it had a 2 inch hole in the middle that they had to patch. Then trying to put it on my pool, it was too small. However, when I called to report it, you refunded me right away and I was able to run to the nearest store and buy a proper liner for them to install.
Purchased shark nation liner,love the design, I installed by myself in one afternoon,with no problems,perfect fit,good quality , no complaints

I ordered the wrong size liner but thankfully I realized it before opening the box. I called the company and they replaced the liner with a correct one. This is the second liner I have purchased from them over the past 18 years and have no complaints. And Im very picky. Not sure why others have had problems.
We bought our liner this past summer and had it installed by a company. We did have a small issue with the color on the liner, but after talking with Liner World they fixed our issue and we have been happy since. They even let me call back after placing my order online to add on their free gift which I thought was cool!
Delivery of pool liner was super speedy! Would highly recommend!
