Ordered a liner the quality is great and shipping was fast. Will order from them again!
I ordered a 27 foot overlap liner from liner world in March.less then week ago we had the liner installed. Two days ago, we tried to have the pool filled by a water company. The company immediately said the liner looks too small for your pool.I said its a 27foot pool, and its a 27foot liner.Only managed to get about a foot of water into the pool, the liner pulled in on one side,the whole side of the pool buckled, And the liner tore and pulled in not all the way on the other side. The liner that I had purchased was cut a foot short in diameter, this was not specified on the web site. Due to the diameter of the liner beginning to small for my pool it collapsed the sides not once but twice. I had to drain my pool on three separate occasions. I had called and expressed my concern for this, and the representative told me that there was nothing that they could do, even though I had followed the installation instructions to the letter. I ordered a pool liner from Liner World and when my installer installed it the liner tore at the seams in 2 locations after filling it with about 10 inches of water. It was dry rotted! I had paid the installer $550.00 for labor for the entire day. Liner World than sent me a replacement liner and the second liner was installed and that one also tore at the seams during installation as it too was dry rotted! Our new liner is beautiful! We had installed a few days ago and I can't wait to swim. Shipping was fast as well! Will definitely be ordering more necessities.
