Ordered a pool liner and installed 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to have a 15 year warranty. I was in the pool and noticed the liner had small holes in several places. I sent pictures to the warranty address. Today I was told that the warranty was only good for manufacturers defects. It does not cover holes on the liner. Not sure what a manufacturers defect would be other than something like this. This liner WAS NOT damaged during installation. We couldn't be happier with Liner World. Amazing customer service (especially ****** Unfortunately, we did need a replacement liner, but, they were so great about it, we received a new liner within 2 business days. We love the designs on the liners too. This time we got the shark ********** 2 year old grandson LOVES it. Looking forward to a very enjoyable summer in my backyard!

I ordered the Shark Nation Liner back in February due to the vinyl shortage, knowing I would be able to have it installed until late April or early May. Once the liner was installed, filled and treated, we noticed a separation at the bead seam.
