This company is an absolute farce. At no point in time (prior to purchase, when you call them after purchase) do they detail their bogus return policy. Open does not constitute used as they fallaciously state on previous responses. When you ask for a supervisor or manager, they are never in. (Who would want to be working when they have such a racket going on). In our state, what they have done may be construed as violating a state statute. I bought a pool liner from Amazon in April of 2020 for $584. It sat in my foyer untouched and in the box until August due to the fact I had no way to get it installed until then. It looked fine coming out of the box and being installed. About a week after installation I started noticing the bottom of the pool fading in color. It took only a few weeks for it to fade up the sides and for the bottom to become almost completely white. This company is horrible! We bought our first liner in March of 2021. In August we noticed that every other seam is faded. We waited until early spring 2022 to contact customer service since we obviously weren't going to re-install it over the winter. We were told that unfortunately they only fully warranty the liner for 90 days. So we reluctantly paid the depreciation for a replacement liner. We had the new liner installed less than a month ago. Won't give even 1 star but had to. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. I bought an $800 pool liner from them through **** that stated it fit up to a 54" pool wall. Pool installers could not even get it to overlbabp 1 inch over my pool wall. Had to send back and they gave me a bogus return label that **** would not accept. Had to come out $145.00 to ship back through **** which is funny bc that's how they originally shipped it to me. Horrible horrible product and customer service. Warranty my ass! Warranty is only if box is unopened. How do you tell a product is defective if not opened and tried? Liner ripped with less than 4 inches of water in it. Also immediately started leaking at the seam at the bottom. As our pool installer walked around inside the pool there are ****** all in the liner everywhere that would leak or bust if continued to be filled with water. Of course you can open the box, as that is the only way you will be able to tell if there is an issue with your products. I bought a liner on February 10, 2022 and it was sitting in my home since February 12, 2022 unopened / taped / sealed until a pool installer could install it. They came March 26, 2022 to put the liner in. They installed the liner into the bead receiver and were going to **** the air out when they found a hole and defects that looked like scratches 1/2 way down from the top on the side. Bought a pool liner at the peak of the season this year, paid close to $600 for 18ft round, and after only two uses the liner was torn and leaked all my pool water out. This liner is SO thin compared to what I was replacing. Save your money and order somewhere else!!! Their warranty is a joke.

Price Gouging: Our 2 year old pool liner suddenly blew a 5-6 inch hole...not on a seam. We had purchased our pool as a package elsewhere. We checked with our pool store and are unable to purchase a liner. If it were that we wanted to put in a pool, due to circumstances, we would just have to wait. This is somewhat of an immediate problem. All the research we have done indicates that we cannot let the pool sit empty (let alone all winter) or the walls will cave in.
