Clay installed a pool cover over my gunite pool in March for $ 5000. I subsequently installed new pavers and coping around the pool so Clay had to come back in install longer tubes. I asked for a quote on October 2, but he never gave me an estimate. I told him that I knew we needed longer tubes to secure the cover but I didn't know the cost until he was close to finishing. Do not use this company. They will not stand behind their warranty. They do not know what they are doing. Horrible customer service. MY liner is still under warranty and it started coming unattached from the pool wall 6 months in. The Led light they installed does not work properly. His suggestion was read the manual. The manual was read by me our pool guy and everyone with 8 years of college under the belt. No one can make them work because the are broken. Do not use this pool company. As I have made a bad review complaining about this company not honoring their warranty on the liner that is coming unattached from my pool. The owner will not return my calls or text to fix this liner. He was depending on my pool cleaner guy to fix. Which he now can not get it to stay attached or fixed the crappy light system. Read Angies List on these guys. They are cocky , rude, way overpriced and can’t do a liner without mass wrinkles that will tear in 6 months. Pass the word so we don’t support crooks in our state!
