Update After a disappointing issue with an order I placed that they cancelled and after my negative review about it I was finally contacted by the store and they made it right for me. Previous post “Great service and large inventory. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase.”
Update #2: After this post I visited their Dartmouth store for a refund. The counter person “processed the refund” and I left. A few hours later they called and said I had to return to the store because the refund was not processed correctly and they needed my card to complete the refund. When pressed about why they didn’t call when I was still on the store (my number is on the receipt I gave them) I was told they noticed when I was already on the escalator leaving and they couldn’t leave because there were other customers w... read more
