Update: I visited this store after Christmas. The items I was looking for were not available in store but a store employee looked them up online and there were lots in inventory. I placed an order and paid for it. About three weeks later I got an email from Linen Chest saying the item is no longer available and I have to visit the store to get a refund. Lot's of quality items for a home. It is a bit crowded compared to other Linen Chests.
Favorite shop. Great manager. Nice staff .
Very disappointing gift return policy. I wanted to exchange a gift I received for Christmas for something else in store. I was told I need to get the original receipt/gift receipt or a copy of the person's bank statement in order for an exchange. I do not want to hurt the person's feelings who got me the gift by asking for proof of purchase :( Never encountered this issue at any other retail stores...
