Hello, I received a collection notice from unpaid red light tickets in *********. For one, the intersection that they say I passed a red light does not even have a camera. Two no one pays these because I thought it was illegal for you to charge someone without even knowing who Is driving the vehicle. This is absurd and I am not paying this!
SCAM: Avoid at all cost. The letter looks legit, but it is not. If in doubt, contact your local DMV to see if there are any outstanding citations under your name. AVOID. Don't engage!
They said that I owed them 2 payments of 180 and another for 165, then they asked me to send a money order for ********.. Uhm, how does that add up?? LOL !! SCAM!!
I would just like to say that I feel like this company is very unprofessional and without compassion or courtesy. Train your secretaries or people who answer calls for you better. There are people out here, that in fact do follow the law and have never been cited or in trouble. SCAM Received a letter for my vehicle in washington state, checked the renton municipal court online information by plate number and case number, no outstanding infraction. Trying to figure out how to file a formal letter for the washington state attorney to investigate and prosecute.
Scam. I received a letter stating I had a failure to appear in 2016. The letter was suspicious given it's 8 years old, suddenly demanding immediate payment and the remittance/return voucher shows ***********, **.I assume they opened a business called "Los Angeles Superior Court" in ***** and have all checks sent via mail to a local PO box to cash. Received a letter from this "law firm" regarding a Traffic Cam violation in *************** in ****************. There is a breakdown on fees and interest amounts, a case number, and a description of the violation as Traffic Cam. There are no dates or times of this so-called traffic violation. The huge problem with this delinquent notice is that I have NEVER driven a vehicle in the *******************. This obviously a scam and should this law form needs to be investigated for fraudulent claims!
