Called to pay on Monday and was told the hold on DMV will be off within 24 hrs. 36hrs later still there called back everyday for a week told something different everyday . You owe more paid it waited called back told you owe more. Now turns out I overpaid and that's why it hasn't been released yet. WTF. So now they are saying it's my fault because their workers don't know what they are doing. I have spent hours on the phone to get this fixed and still nowhere!!!!

I received a letter stating I owed a traffic ticket that was paid 2 years ago. I went back on the Motor Vehicle website and checked. There is no balance owed. This is crazy. Im glad I didn't send them any money and investigated first. When I tried to look on their website it wasn't found but their payment site sure is up and running.

I dealt with these folks years ago - I see they are still up to their shenanigans. Due to unemployment, I owed some back taxes to the ******** ********** of ******** and was contacted by this firm. IDOR is not without fault as well and appeared to be in cahoots, because once I was steadily employed again I contacted them to pay my back taxes directly to them. Same as everybody else! Received a letter of collections for an overdue toll from a state Ive NEVER been to nor driven through. I ignored the first letter, but after receiving the second notice today, I called the number on the letter. After giving the guy my reference number, he stated he could not proceed with a conversation without me telling him my full name and address. Received an unsolicited call on my home phone past the 8 oclock hour. Called back and waited until I was able to speak with someone. Of course its always on a recorded line. I didnt have a reference or account number since this was the first time Ive ever heard of this outfit. I gave the associate my home phone number and they attempted to check if the number was linked to an account. I was told that it wasnt and he couldnt explain why the call was made. Interesting? Next verse same as the first...a little more scammier and a little bit worse! They claim to be collecting tolls from ********. Only problem with that is I was not in that state on the date they claim, nor have I been to DE in decades. DECADES. When I called to ask for proof, no one ever answered. I'm not paying this--thank you BBB for letting me know I don't need to bother with these clowns.

Scam - we haven't lived in ** for ************************************************************************** the former county of residence. Gives a case number and old drivers license number. Sounds real.... Also, says to contact the county for questions. Interesting though, they don't give you the actual website to go search (meaning county site, like: xxxxxcountytx.gov). So, I searched for any open cases - none found. What is the BBB anyway? These reviews must mean nothing because some are old and this company is still in... read more

Received a **** for $91.50 from a trip in 2020. I paid all fees and tolls TWO YEARS AGO. I called the number on the paper and it just rings and rings and rings asked to speak to a representative and it just rings then it tells you to press 7 for a call back. Have yet to receive one. I googled them and it pops up as scammers.

I was just sent a letter by this bogus law office for a toll fee from 6 years ago. This is a total scam. The license plate that they provide doesn't even match mine. I have no idea how a company like this is allowed to exist.
