Sat here for 2 1/2 hours for 4 pallets just ridiculous
I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m., and arrived early at 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately I didn't realized they open at 10:00 a.m. However, after arriving at 10:15 I got a door right away and was unloaded in a timely matter. Shipping staff and the fellow who unloaded me were super friendly. Tons of room to maneuver and a driver restroom. Good place to deliver to, just don't arrive before 10:00 a.m., as there is no place to park and gates are closed.
12/29 lady at the shipping window is rude for no reason. Only come here if you’re Cuban 🤷♂️
I had 1pm appointment showed up at 11am. Got a door and finished at 12:45pm. Love it ! First time here and it’s awesome lots of space to park and back in.
