Even for California it's bad. They put you in a door to run your reefer for hours on end. They do let you keep the doors close so that's a plus. How about this, how about next time you set up an appointment that you can actually honor.

Appt was at 8am, checked at 7:35....got a door ....after 2hr they came to open my doors...now waiting for unloading....poor service.....
This place is weird not enough space to back in to doors. I went there to pick up. First of all shipping office said come back check in 30 mint before your appointment then get door right after checked in. Waited hour and half on door got call they moved me to east side doors. Now still waiting to get loaded. I’m here at the facility around 1pm. And it’s 6o clock. Broker was pushing me to take the truck at shipper assp. Zero star for service.
