Verified Renter Linea is great, the cleanliness of the building is second to none. Staff are always making sure the building is clean and tidy for residence, especially the amenity spaces. Front desk workers are friendly and never fail to greet me or help out with my packages when needed. Another huge positive is when I put in work orders for my apartment, the maintenance crew are also on top of it and show up shortly thereafter.
