Verified Renter I actually like living here, the staff is amazing. The apartment is great and the amenities amazing, well taken care of and clean. The elevators can take some time to arrive, but it’s ok.

Stay away I have been here for 4 months, and can’t wait to move out. Prices are expensive, but we have a baby and was promised that we would never have to worry about smoking neighbors as it is prt of the lease to not smoke. Also told us it was fully protected by neighbor music noise. Both lies. We smell marijuana and cigarette every other day, some weeks every day. Loud music every weekend. Locations sucks…. Not sure what people are talking about. Grocery stores are all far…. Restaurants and coffee shops all close at like 4... read more
Good location, great... (Verified Renter) Good location, great staff, and nice amenities. I have not rated it higher because I am somewhat concerned with the direction the building is heading. Since I moved in over a year ago, it seems like the building is occupied by more individuals who do not seem to take as much pride in the care of their living environment (refusing to pick up after their dogs, etc.).

The apartments are efficient and rather spartanly appointed but diffuse through the big windows and the amenities and people make it more special than several other apartment buildings we looked at. train noise on the east side on the 28th floor was more than we expected. Wouldn’t recommend this... (Verified Renter) Wouldn’t recommend this building because of the poor quality and bad treatment to a customer of the leasing office assistant manager, however the concierge and maintenance are extremely helpful
Great place overall.... (Verified Renter) Great place overall. When we had to move out, we needed a little flexibility in extending lease by a month or two, but was only accommodated if we paid an exorbitantly higher rent payment. Also, had to pay $110 for blinds damaged by previous tenants. Besides that, everyone was very nice.
