This was the best service I've ever had in a retail setting. From the moment I walked into the store, I was welcomed by an extremely nice and helpful young lady. Let me know where the sitting room was. Started conversation. Another worker spoke to me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I was offered water, candy, really very very nice. Greeted promptly. Able to get and install a truck bed cover so quickly. Very professional. Quality work. Took the time to show me how to open and close cover. Would highly recommend.
Ted is absolutely amazing, helped me with exactly what I needed for my needs of hauling motorcycles and my family and guided me to the right products, and did I mention excellent communication and people skills to bond with engage with all types of customers(me being a 1st time truck owner). Prices are what you would pay online and labor rates are very reasonable for a shop that has to bear its costs of being in Franklin/Brentwood ! Highly recommended.
