Slum lords. Thomas Neal and John Samuel are not very helpful or responsive. I’m sure they are nice people but I would never rent from them again. If you are very tenacious you can get a response and find help.. with time… you will have to send 2+ emails to maybe get their attention and even so they might not respond. I lived in YONO since August and had electrical issue, roaches, black mold and roaches biting me. Would rather be homeless than live in another Lindy property.
