THEY ARE CHARGING MY HUSBAND 1300 BECAUSE THEY ARE CUTTING HOLES IN THE WALLS WHICH MAKES THE WATER NOT HOT AND SINCE THEY WROTE A LETTER 2 WEEKS PRIOR. THEY SAID ITS OKAY TO ADD 1300 TO THE RENT FOR WORK THE COMPLEX IS DOING. INSANE!!! STAY AWAY !!!!
I have lived in Bromley House for ten years and feel that this is the best maintenance staff ever! They are prompt, professional, courteous and always clean up after.
